The following cases are submitted for benefit of the Grand Jury.
1 Case of Guy D. Chapman. Road House and Gambling Joint. Federal Drive. Raid took place about 9:30 P.M. Two pints of corn whiskey, two quarts of "Choc", 10 bottles of wine. All turned in at Police Headquarters for evidence. Witnesses: Capt. Seeber, Lieut. Bachelder, and Lieut. Boushelt. Released on bond)
2 Raid on Hickory Mine, Mexican Quarters. June 7th, 10P.M. 300 gallons "choc" conviscated. No arrests. Evidence brought to Police Headquarters. Witnesses: Capt. Seever, Lieut. Bachelder, and Lieut. Boushelt.
3 Report of third raid on Hickory Mine. About 400 gallons of "choc" conviscated. Two arrests made. Men arrested W. B. Wasson, J. E. Cooper. Witnesses Lieut. Bachelder, Lieut. Boushelt. Capt. Seeber.
4 Case of Robinson, Doyle, Yancy at Hickory Mine. 400 gallons of "Choc" conviscated. Evidence sent to Police Headquarters. These men arrested and turned over to county authorities. Witnesses: Capt. Seeber, Lieut. Bacholder, and Lieut. Boushelt.
5 Report of raid on Harris House, negro, Sand Springs. 60 gallons of "Choc" conviscated. One 38 S&W revolver. Three arrests made. All turned over to county with sufficient evidence. Witnesses: Capt. Seeber, Lieut. Bachelder, and Lieut. Boushelt. Harry House-James Johnson, John Street.
6 Report of case of Ben F. Robinson, white, Sand Springs. 80 gallons of "choc" conviscated. Arrest of E. E. Amos, A. G. Maxfield. One 22 cal. revolver conviscated. Evidence at court house. All turned over to county court. Witnesses, Capt. Seeber, Lieut. Bachelder, and Lieut. Boushelt.
7 Report of raid at Scales. 40 gallons of corn whiskey mash, 10 gallons of choc all conviscated. No arrests. Witnesses: Capt. Seeber, Lieut. Bachelder, and Lieut. Boushelt.
8 Report of raid at City dump, Tulsa. Stolen property recovered. Two arrests made. Witnesses: Capt. Seeber, Lieut. Bachelder, and Lieut. Boushelt.
9 Case of Ed Bowers. North Peoria. 10 gallons of choc. Arrested 5:30 P.M. June 9th, at city jail
