RED RIVER COMPACT COMHISSION

The eighth meeting of the Red River" Compact CollDllission was called to
order by the Chairman at 9:20 a.m., November 6, 1957, in a conference room
of the U. S. Department of Education, Health, and Welfare in Dallas, Texas.
The following were present, except that a few arrived somewhat late on
account of other duties:

Henry C. Beckman, Federal representative and Chairman.
