The Chairman explained that the written report of the Engineering hdvisor Committee, including the report of the Subcommittee on Stream pollution Control which was to accompany the minutes of the ninth meeti.~ of the Commission,' .came to his office recently while he was away on a trip. lie was therefore, unable to mail the report in time to reach the members before their start to this meeting in Shreveport. Upon request, R. r1. Dixon read the report to the members, who tken discussed it in considerable detail. Hr, Dixon also reaffinned his earlier estimate that the Engineering Committee will need about five more months to complete the assembly of material previously requested by the COI!IIllission. .
