It is almost that time of year again! The DAC/ODAA Annual Summer Conference will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma, July 24-27, 2012.
This year's highlights will include:
Brain Scans in the Courtroom presented by Hank
Greely. Mr. Greely specializes in the ethical, legal, and
social implications of new biomedical technologies, particularly those related to neuroscience, genetics, or
stem cell research. Mr. Greely is currently a law professor at Stanford University. He is nationally recognized
as one of the leading authorities on the brain scan research and its implications in the area of law.
Criminal I.Q. presented by Katherine Ramsland. Ms.
Ramsland is a internationally recognized speaker on
topics such as forensic psychology, forensic science, and
serial murder. She holds graduate degrees in forensic
psychology, clinical psychology, and philosophy. Currently, she teaches forensic psychology and criminal
justice at DeSales University in Pennsylvania. Ms.
