Insure Oklahoma Agent Blast October - 2011 OKLAHOMA EMPLOYER SURVEY On July 21, 2011 we sent out the 2011 Insure Oklahoma Employer Survey as an email no-tice which automatically linked to the Survey Monkey website. We still have 2,400 employ-ers that still have not completed the survey. If your groups have not yet completed the survey, they will be receiving another one in the mail. The mailing instructs them to complete the survey in one of three ways: 1. Online - Go directly to the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/35RWVY2 2. Fill out the attached survey, print it and fax to: 405.530.3433 3. Fill out the attached survey and email to: Insureok@okhca.org Please advise your employers Insure Oklahoma will be mailing out the survey September 22, 2011 and the deadline is October 15, 2011. We are requesting this information because it is required for our annual Federal reporting. Please note: Participation is mandatory. WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK Insure Oklahoma wants to help assist small business with premium assistance and individu-als to become insured! We are available to educate, assist with enrollment and presenta-tion. Insure Oklahoma would love to hear any ideas or suggestions you have to improve the program. Please send them to theteam@insureoklahoma.org ENROLLING EMPLOYEES It is important for employees to know the basic guidelines in order to be enrolled in Insure Oklahoma. Please always refer to the website www.insureoklahoma.org or call into our helpline for assistances at 1-888-365-3742.
