The Lions Club Mobile Health Screening Van is open
to all age groups. You are welcome to come and at no
cost (free), be tested for the following:
Visual Acuity • Glaucoma • Blood Pressure
Cholesterol • Blood Sugar (Diabetes)
Basic Pulmonary Lung Function • Bone Density
There will also be Medicare Certified Counselors to
help you with your Medicare Part D questions.
