Dear Governor Henry:
Enclosed is a summary of the reports from agencies required by Section 840-
2.14(B)(C) of Title 74 which is to be submitted to the Governor, the President Pro
Tempore and Speaker of the House. This summary is forthe reporting period of
July 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. The report covers the following actions:
Reallocations in the Classified Service;
Reallocations in the Unclassified Service;
Allocations of New Positions in the Classified Service;
Adjustments to Pay Grade in the Unclassified Service; and
Initial Assignment of Pay Grade and Allocation of New Positions in the
To determine the cost for those personnel transactions, including the increase in
benefits, the total for each agency was multiplied by 1.20 percent (1.20%). This
additional 20 percent (20%) is the agency's cost for FICA and retirement.
The cost for all agencies is presented in Appendix A. Appendix B is the summary of the
actions taken by each agency. Appendix C is a list of agencies that submitted the
required reports showing that no reportable actions were taken for the period.
Appendix D is a list of agencies that did not submit the required report.
