E 1800.3 S372m 2003/04 c.] Oklahoma Commission on School and County Funds Management October 31, 2003 The Honorable Brad Henry Governor of Oklahoma 212 State Capitol Building Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105 Dear Governor Henry: The annual report detailing the participation of school districts for the 2003-04 program of the Commission on School and County Funds Management (the Commission) as required by Section 177.2 of Title 60 is enclosed. As indicated in statutes, this report has also been forwarded to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the State Auditor and Inspector, and the Attorney General. "Exhibits A and B" indicate under the far right column entitled "Authorized Borrowing Limit," the amounts which were approved by the Commission on May 16, 2003. For "general fund" cash-flow borrowing, eleven school districts and one career-technology school were approved. For "building fund" borrowing, one career-technology school was approved. "Exhibit B" indicates the one career-technology school, Canadian Valley, that was approved by the Commission on May 16 for both funds. There were no applications submitted to the Commission from county entities for the 2003-04 program. One company, Stephens Inc., served as the underwriter for the 2003-04 cash funds management program. "Exhibit C" indicates the actual number of borrowers and the size of issues respectively for the participating districts.
