A good night’s sleep is important to your overall health and well-being. Here are some tips to help you get a better night’s sleep:
Make your bedroom quiet, dark, and a little bit cool.
Keep a regular schedule.
Avoid vigorous exercise within six hours before bedtime.
Do not have any caffeine after lunch.
Avoid taking naps if you can; if you must take a nap, keep it under an hour.
Don’t go to bed unless you are sleepy.
